美國田納西州(Tennessee)1名綽號「大麥克」(Big Mac)的56歲男子於TikTok引起關注,為了讓體重有效下降,他決定接下來的100天挑戰3餐都吃麥當勞,並稱此方法為「麥當勞減肥法」。值得關注的是,該名男子真的在第1週順利減掉了4.5公斤,還堅信自己的做法沒有任何問題,掀起網友熱議。

報道中還提到,事實上Kevin會把1餐的份量分成2餐來吃,換言之,早餐他只會吃一半,剩下的就留作午餐。除了汽水之外,他可以隨意購買麥當勞任何品項解決3餐,他自信的說,「體重上升不全是因為我們吃了什麼,而是吃的量」、「我知道你們會認為我瘋了,讓我們繼續看下去吧」。
